Service Supervisor - Boston

Position purpose Lead local service personnel, perform service and maintenance for our parking and access control hardware and software, implement process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Provide leadership and administrative support for the local technicians.
  • Handle escalations
  • Intentionally improve teamwork
  • Provide timely feedback
  • Approve time-off requests, track performance and submit payroll data
  • Recommend process improvements. Implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide hands-on assistance by responding to escalated customer tickets
  • Respond to service technician requests for assistance
  • Foster cross-team cooperation
  • Travel to customer sites to assist with various software and hardware related issues as necessary
